Regardless of the International Olympic Committee, skateboarding is much more than a sport. For me, skateboarding has always been, is and will remain a culture first. A very subculture, which has aroused my visual and auditory curiosity since childhood.

A good skate video is also a search for balance between the skateboarder's style, his tricks and the music that illustrates his performance. If the list of great musical moments in the history of skateboarding video is long, here is an old school selection of ten of my favorites. Enjoy.

N’en déplaise au Comité International Olympique, le skateboard est bien plus qu’un sport. À mes yeux le skate a toujours été, est et restera d’abord une culture. Une contre-culture même, qui a su éveiller ma curiosité visuelle et auditive depuis l’enfance.
